Jim Delaplain has been practicing law for 25 years. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and has a B.A. in psychology from the University of Minnesota. His broad experience includes civil and criminal practice, jury trials, court trials, litigation, mediation, and negotiations. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, the Federal District Court of Minnesota, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. His primary practice includes family law and civil litigation, including business disputes and constructions litigation.
