For Auto, Bicycle & Pedestrian Accidents

Step 1: Retainer Agreement

You must sign a retainer agreement before our law office can represent you and our team can speak on your behalf to third parties such as insurance companies. Once you sign this retainer, we encourage you to speak to only our team about your case. We’ll handle everything else.

There is no need to meet in person or print out a hard copy of our retainer agreement. Simply click the link below to be taken to DocuSign, our chosen software for handling all agreements. Once in, you can digitally sign the agreement and submit it back to our office for finalization. Your file will always be available to you and is part of our cloud-based electronic storage system.

Have questions as you’re working through this agreement? Call us at 612-874-6109 or email us directly.

Step 2: Authorizations & Releases

We will need to gain access to relevant documentation such as medical records to support your claim and help you through the process. This requires you to submit several authorization and release forms to our office. Our attorneys will explain which forms we’ll need from you and why.

Follow the links below to digitally sign the authorizations and releases via DocuSign.
